We’re bringing all sorts of pig parts like whole sides of lardo and guanciale, plus little stocking stuffers of slab bacon and liver pate (spicy! our best version yet!)
But that’s not all! We’ve got our famous chili sesame oil, pickled pluots, bitter citrus and radicchio marmalades, candied fennel, bergamot and pomegranate syrups, konbu tsukudani, stonefruit jam, maybe some fresh ramen noodles…what else???
